Community guidelines
Honest feedback.
No scorekeeping tricks.
Who can contribute?
Anyone can submit a name or nickname and a question or comment without creating an account or giving an email address. Stars are optional: rate only something you have actually used. Choose Systeme.io or IONOSX so readers know what you are reviewing.
What gets published?
All submissions enter a private safety queue. Praise, constructive criticism and low ratings are welcome. We do not publish threats, harassment, hate, illegal material, private information, spam, impersonation or fabricated experiences. Product names and ordinary criticism are not grounds for removal. A safety review is not purchase verification.
How are the numbers calculated?
Published comments counts all approved submissions across the two topics. Each topic’s average is the arithmetic mean of all its published 1–5 star ratings, rounded to one decimal place. Unrated questions and pending or removed submissions do not enter that average. Averages are kept separate for Systeme.io and IONOSX. Until real ratings exist, the site says “No ratings yet.”
What does Featured mean?
Editors can feature an approved comment for its helpful detail, including balanced or critical feedback. A featured comment remains in the complete chronological discussion. Its rating is counted once, not twice; featuring never changes the average. We do not invent reviews, display a fabricated score, or claim commenters are verified customers.
Reporting and removal
Use Report beside a published comment, or email [email protected] with its ID. Owners moderate through the private Cloudflare database, not an open public approval endpoint.
